✨ What is Human in the Loop?

Human in the Loop allows your workflow to pause and wait for manual approval. The approver reviews the request and can approve or reject it - after which the workflow continues or stops automatically.

• Add the Human in the Loop step

• Configure the approver and request details

• Workflow pauses and sends approval request

• Resumes or stops based on approval

📌 Common Use Cases

• Finance: Invoice approvals

• Sales: Lead verification

• Marketing: Content approval

• Support: Customer request validation

📌 Important Notes

• Workflow pauses until the approver takes action

• If no action is taken, it remains in a pending state

• Approval requests are sent via email (valid for 14 days)

• Available only in the new workflow builde

⚠️ Limitations

• Can be used only in main workflow and router branches

• Cannot be added inside loop branches or iterator steps

• Supports only one approver per Human in the Loop step

• Cannot be copied or pasted into loop branches.
